A family heritage
Dr. Sohaib Sandhu the founder of Arroomi Accounting comes from a family of accountants. Both his late father and late younger brother were accountants.
In 1985 Dr. Sandhu started his first job working for his father, a practicing accountant. The office was located on Streatham High Road, SW16 in London, above what was then known as the Midland Bank.
His younger brother meanwhile worked in banking and finance, and later started an online business when the dot com bubble was very much in the news.
After having worked for his father, Dr. Sandhu worked for two other firms of Chartered Accountants, and also worked in the commercial world,. As someone who wanted to broaden his mind, he also become an IT consultant, implementing financial systems.
He has a doctorate in education too from the University of Bristol and acts as a consultant.
Starting Arroomi Accounting has brought Dr. Sandhu full-circle to his roots,
